A Huge Thank you to our Long Term Volunteers

A wonderful Morning Tea was held in the exquisite Queens Hall in Parliament House where we recognised several of our Long Term Volunteers who have given so much to Deafness Foundation since its formation.    We were thrilled to be joined by John Marshall, our former President and Sam Howes, former Treasurer along with so many who have generously donated their time in many ways.

A huge thank you to Honourable Bruce Atkinson, President of Legislative Council for giving his time to join us.

Sizzling Returns for Deafness Foundation

What a fabulous collaborative effort despite the driving rain at the start of the day to our Inaugural Bunnings Sausage Sizzle.  A huge thank you to Bunnings Bayswater for allowing us to have this – and we raised almost $1,100 nett for the days work!   Special thanks to our Supporters Bread Street Bakery, Rotary Club of Hampton and Ian Port – along with Rotarians Don, Brian, Craig, Brian, Graeme, Mal, Roger & Graeme who all generously volunteered their time.  And a huge shout out to Lyn Walker, Joshua Semena & Jenny Portelli for volunteering their time.    Thanks Bunnings Bayswater – and thanks to all who called by!
